Authorising a Secondary Use of Land Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Defence: (a) Authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule being land primarily held for buildings of the general government (defence purposes) to the secondary use of a scenic reserve under the Reserves Act 1977. (b) Specifies that the following provisions of the Reserves Act shall apply to the land subject to any limitations referred to herein: Sections 19, 40A, 40B, 42, 49, 50, 51, 55, 9399 inclusive, 101106 inclusive and 118. (c) Vests control in the Minister of Conservation.
