Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Otorohanga District for Road Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of June 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 July 1987, No. 107, page 3176, acquiring land in Otorohanga District for road by deleting the land described in the Schedule thereto and substituting: ``37 Part Lot 1, D.P.
