Corrigendum Declaration That Three Local Purpose Reserves be Classified and Vested in Trust in the Auckland City Council to Form Part of the Claris Airfield In the declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 1998, No. 53, page 1174, amend the first sentence of the second paragraph to read ``Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration of the Auckland City Council paying the Consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and, that if the said reserves, or any part or parts of the said reserves, are to be revested in the Crown, pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977, or any similar provision, then the Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested.''
