Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcels of land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto was passed by The Manukau City Council at its meeting on the 1st day of May 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve, and further, that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule shall be and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve''. Subject to the restrictions imposed by section 248 of the Native Land Act 1931. Second Schedule North Auckland Land District Manukau City Council 2870 square metres, more or less, being part Allotment 206, Manuwera Parish. Marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 68348. Part certificate of title 787/68. The provisions of sections 16 and 17 of the Land Act 1924, are applicable to those parts of the above described land contained in the Town of Mangere, Extension No. 48 (D.P. 20548).
