Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby declares that the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, are held for conservation purposes, and further, pursuant to section 8 (1a) of that Act, declares that the said lands shall hereafter be set apart as reserves, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and classifies the reserves as Government purpose (wildlife management) reserves, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
