Classification and Reclassification of Parts of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of a reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, to be a local purpose (te kohanga reo centre) reserve, and further, reclassifies that part of a reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (te kohanga reo centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
