Reservation of Land Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets aside the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977. Schedule Marlborough Land District Marlborough District 1.6600 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 45 and 46, S.O. Plan 6569, situated in Block IX, Linkwater Survey District.
