Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Rae O Te Papa E3B2 North Maori Reserve comprising Tirohia Marae which was set apart for the purpose of a marae and meeting house reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners thereof and the Maori people by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, page 6 of the 14th day of January 1943.
