Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 1st day of May 1997: ``That the area of Barrys Point reclamation to the west of the proposed Fred Thomas Drive extension be declared recreation reserve, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977''.
