Cancellation of the Vesting in The Marlborough District Council of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Marlborough District Council of the local purpose (pest destruction board depot) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
