Road Stopped in Rotorua District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that: (a) Area ``A'', now known as Section 8, S.O. 59813, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/506, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 205467.4 and land improvement agreements H. 865977 and H. 865980, South Auckland Land Registry. (b) Area ``B'', now known as Section 9, S.O. 59813, shall be added to the adjacent land held for esplanade reserve by virtue of New Zealand Gazette, notice B. 401509.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
