Land to be Taken for Road in Wellington City THOMAS EICHELBAUM, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Thomas Eichelbaum, the Administrator of the Government, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in The Wellington City Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Wellington Land District Firstly An undivided half share in an estate in fee simple in that piece of land containing 2192 square metres, more or less, being part Sections 394, 395 and 396, Town of Wellington, and being shown as area ``A'' on S.O. Plan 37460, and comprised in the balance of certificate of title 6/52. Secondly An undivided half share in an estate in fee simple in that piece of land containing 2194 square metres, more or less, being part Sections 394, 395 and 396, Town of Wellington, and being shown as area ``A'' on S.O. Plan 37460, and being that land contained in certificate of title 6/53.
