Corrigendum Notice Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 58, page 1296 on the 12th day of April 1990, are hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a village site, papakainga, pa site, marae and meeting place, recreation ground and place of cultural and historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Mahuta Tawhiao and Marae Tawhiao. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 4.0470 more or less Part Allotment No. 171A, Parish of Pepepe, as contained in certificate of tile, Volume 285, folio 71, and more particularly shown on M.L.
