Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Morunga Scenic Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Ministry of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Morunga Scenic Reserve.
