Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Wanganui, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Stratford District Council on 28 February 1995: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Stratford District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the First Schedule, held by the said council in fee simple, and the lands described in the Second Schedule, vested in the said council, shall be declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.''
