Land Acquired for State School and for Local Purpose (Car Park) Reserve in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for State school and shall vest in the Crown, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (car park) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. First Schedule South Auckland Land District 175 square metres, being part Section 19, Block VI, Coromandel Survey District; as shown marked ``N'' on S.O. Plan 60831, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 466 square metres, being part Te Umuhau Block (D.P. 1845); as shown marked ``M'' on S.O.
