Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waimakariri District Council on the 23rd day of March 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waimakariri District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a local purpose (flood mitigation) reserve, within the meaning of the said Act. Schedule Canterbury Land District Waimakariri District 2.1260 hectares, being Lot 2, D.P. 73557, situated in Block X, Rangiora Survey District. All certificate of title 40A/811.''
