Reclassification of a Reserve and Declaration of Land to be Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from recreation to local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, hereby notifies that the following resolutions concerning the pieces of land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, were passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 16th day of April 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee-simple shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, and recreation reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto, within the meaning of the said Act''.
