Land Acquired for State Housing Purposes in Waikato District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for State housing purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to sewage easement S. 133815 and certificate pursuant to section 13 (1) of the Waikato Raupatu Settlement Act 1995, B. 352098. Schedule South Auckland Land District 920 square metres, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 41804 and being part Allotment 39, Parish of Pepepe, excepting all mines and minerals not taken by Proclamation 12216.
