Declaring Land Acquired for Cemetery Purposes in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for cemetery purposes and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 23rd day of April 1998.
