Notice Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 59, page 1538 on the 20th day of September 1962, are hereby redefined as being for the purpose of a marae known as Kaitumutumu Marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Whawhakia subtribe of the Waikato tribes. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 2094 (more or less) Parish of Pepepe, Lot 22C1 Block, as created by partition order dated 1 September 1959.
