Declaration That Three Local Purpose Reserves be Classified and Vested in Trust in The Auckland City Council to Form Part of the Claris Airfield Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, be classified for the purposes set out after each description, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares that the said local purpose reserves vest in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for those respective purposes, to form part of the Claris Airfield. Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration to The Auckland City Council paying the consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and that the said reserves, or any part or parts of the said reserves, are to be revested in the Crown, pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977, or any similar provision, then The Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested. The compensation shall be assessed as though it were an assessment under the provisions of Part V of the Public Works Act 1981, or any statutory amendment thereto.
