Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 17th day of June 1991: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and further, declares that the said land to be classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act''.
