Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road in Auckland City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of November 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 20 November 1997, No. 163, page 3875, acquiring land for road in Auckland City, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land secondly described the words ``marked ``B'' ' and inserting the words ``marked ``D'' ''.
