Amending a Notice Declaring Access Way to be Stopped and Vested in Wellington City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Wellington Region, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 3 February 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 March 1998 at page 840, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and substituting the following Schedule. Plan 37855, adjoining certificate of title 47A/798 and Proclamation No. 2764 and adjoining and passing under certificate of title No. 47C/565. 210 square metres above 8.00 m.s.l., being part of the area marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 37855, adjoining certificates of title 47A/798 and 47C/565, and Proclamation No. 2764. Both the parcels of land being situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District.
