Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, Classification of a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in The Hurunui District Council Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and pursuant to section 8 (1a) of that Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a local purpose (education camp) reserve, and further, pursuant to section 26 of the latter Act, the Minister vests the said reserve in The Hurunui District Council, in trust, for that purpose.
