Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes, and further pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Act, declares that the said land shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and classifies the reserve as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
