Notice of Intention to Take Land for Drainage and Roading Purposes in the Waimakariri District To: Whom it May Concern. 1. Take notice that The Waimakariri District Council proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, the interest in the land described in the Schedule to this notice. 2. The land is required for the purposes of drainage and roading to service new residential developments occurring adjacent to the land. 3. The interest in the land has not yet been taken. Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice, send an objection to the Registrar, Tribunals Division, Department for Courts, Wellington. If an objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires. Each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing. Schedule All that parcel of land containing 5042 square metres situated in the District of Rangiora being part R.S. 81, Blocks VI and X of the Rangiora Survey District; shown as areas ``A'', ``B'' and ``C'' on S.O. Plan 19596, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor in Christchurch. A copy of the plan may also be seen at the offices of The Waimakariri District Council in Rangiora. The land to be taken is already partly formed as road and the balance used for drainage and is situated southwards of Green Street between Charles Street and South Belt, Rangiora.
