Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The North Shore City Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves. Schedule North Auckland Land District North Shore City 526 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 68569, situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District. Subject to K. 61771 certificate under section 227 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and rights of way created by transfer 625667. Part certificate of title 1667/56. (Cancelled).
