Reservation of Land and Classification as a Recreation Reserve Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, classifies the said land as a reserve for recreation purposes to form part of the Leigh Recreation Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Rodney District 1770 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 51718, situated in Block I, Rodney Survey District.
