Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northland Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (cemetery) reserve to a local purpose (crematorium) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
