Road to be Stopped South Road (State Highway No. 45)/Livingston Road Pursuant to section 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and vested in the Crown for the use, convenience and enjoyment of a road. Schedule Taranaki Land District South Taranaki District 24 square metres, being part of Livingston Road; as shown marked ``E'' on S.O. 10692, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.
