Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation area and mahinga kai, to be known as Te Komiti Z2C for the common use and benefit of the owners and the former Te Komiti Z2C block. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VII, Hukatere Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 7800 Te Komiti Z2C Residue, being all the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 July 1997.
