Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8019028044-48 On the 5th day of November 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Pauriki Rongapai Te Kauhou of 17 Plunket Terrace, Hamilton, was convicted for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, driving while disqualified, failed to comply with direction of a constable, driving unlicenced motor vehicle and driving unwarranted motor vehicle, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a Triumph 2000 motor vehicle, registration No. NC 9806 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
