Real Estate Agents Licensing Board Pursuant to section 4 (2) (a) of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to reappoint Allison Anne Sinclair, of Auckland as the chairperson of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof, and further appoint, pursuant to section 4 (20 (c) of the said Act Kevin James Coakley, accountant of Auckland and Richard Hastings Kirk, real estate agent of Auckland each as members of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.
