Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8070019242 On the 9th day of November 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, William Walker of 335 Matapihi Road, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention and was not disqualified further pursuant to section 30ac, following his conviction on 9 November 1998, for an offence of driving while disqualified having been previously convicted. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Toyota Vista motor vehicle, registered No. NZ 3865 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, William Walker, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 9th day of November 1998.
