Notice of Publication of Annual Report Pursuant to Section 39 (2a) of the Public Finance Act 1989 The State Services Commission hereby gives notice that pursuant to section 39 (2a) of the Public Finance Act 1989, it delivered to the Minister of State Services on 21 October 1998 the annual report for the year ended 30 June 1998. The report is in two parts. Part I contains the State Services Commissioner's report on the operations of the Commissioner and other matters affecting the State Services.
