Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of October 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Leslie Bootten of 3D Matai Street, Mount Maunganui, occupation unknown, was convicted and sentenced to 7 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 15 March 1999, following his conviction on 16 October 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, having been previously convicted of driving whilst disqualified and driving with excess blood alcohol concentration. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a Holden Gemini motor vehicle, registered No. MA 3849 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Leslie Bootten, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 16th day of October 1998.
