Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8019019532 On the 28th day of September 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Robert Francis Royce Bennetto, of 65 Campbell Street, Cambridge, was convicted and sentenced to a period of 6 months imprisonment suspended for a period of 1 year and periodic detention for a period of 4 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 10 February 2000, following his conviction on 28 September 1998, for an offence of driving while disqualified having previously been disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea has ordered that a Nissan motor vehicle, registered No. OI 928 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
