Amendment to Notice Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Ruanui Under sections 146 and 155 of the Education Act 1989, and section 25 (h) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I hereby amend paragraph 5 (a) of the New Zealand Gazette notice dated 18 December 1997 at page 4258 of the Constitution of the Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Ruanui to read as follows: ``(a) 5 people elected by parents of students (other than adult students) likely to be enrolled at the kura in the year it opens or the next year.''
