Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8039003181 On the 8th day of September 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, John Oswald Bishop of Tahuna Road, R.D. 3, Morrinsville, was convicted and sentenced to a fine of $100 and Court costs of $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from the 8th day of March 1999, following his conviction on the 8th day of September 1998 for an offence of driving while disqualified and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge M. L. S. F. Burnett, has ordered that a 1996 Holden Commodore motor vehicle, registration No. TX 7507 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, John Oswald Bishop, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, on the 8th day of September 1998, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
