Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 24th day of August 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Brendon Richard Steele of 234 Bellevue Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 100 hours community service (cumulative on existing sentence) and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 24 August 1998, following his conviction on 24 August 1998 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. Watson has ordered that a Triumph motor vehicle, registered No. IG 3577 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 24th day of August 1998.
