Wolff, has ordered that a Holden motor vehicle, registration No. JC 9017 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Joseph Tamati Turner be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
