The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Election Validation Notice Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate an omission in the election of parent representatives for the Correspondence School Board of Trustees. I have decided that the omission could not have materially affected the result of the election. This notice takes effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
