The St Brendan's School, Upper Hutt, Board of Trustees Election Notice Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate an irregularity in the election of parent representatives for the St Brendan's School Board of Trustees. I have decided that the irregularity could not have materially affected the result of the election. This notice takes effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
