Application for International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87e (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that an application has been received from Pacific Air Cargo Limited of Auckland, for an international air services licence to operate a B727F cargo service in the South Pacific involving services to Auckland, Tonga, Wallis, Apia, Nadi, Brisbane, Noumea and Norfolk Island, including return services between Auckland and Noumea and between Brisbane and Honiara.
