Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 19th day of January 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, David John William Gulliver of 47 Seddon Street, Te Puke, was convicted and fined $300.00 plus Court costs of $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 6 months from 14 August 1998, following his conviction on 19 January 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McKegg has ordered that a Mazda RX 2 motor vehicle, registered No. WE 1003 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, David John William Gulliver, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 19th day of January 1998.
