Notice of Reassessment of Anti-Dumping Duty on Lead Acid Batteries From Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan Pursuant to section 14 (6) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries From Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan: Amendment No. 5. (2) This notice shall be read with and be part of the notice dated 9 December 1991 and entitled ``Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries From Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan''* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (3) This notice shall take effect on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Anti-dumping duty amended The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Second Schedule (as inserted by the notice dated 12 February 1998 and entitled ``Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries From Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan: Amendment No. 4''), and substituting the Schedule set out in this notice. * Published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1991.
