Notice of Disclaimer In the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Birch Hill Farm Limited: Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in certain funds held in the WG Broadbent & Co Solicitors trust account currently estimated at one thousand, three hundred and seventy-nine dollars and sixty-six cents ($1,379.66), being the premium interest paid by Birch Hill Farm Limited to WG Broadbent and Company Nominees Limited on repayment of a loan secured by a mortgage, but later refunded to Birch Hill Farm Limited.
