Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence Pursuant to section 87u (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Ansett Australia Limited of Melbourne, Australia, I have granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on services for the carriage of cargo and mail between points in New Zealand and points in Australia.
